Colligan Law, a Buffalo, New York law firm that provides legal services for business and business owners, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Corporate Business Practice. The attorney should have a minimum of 3 years of corporate or business transactions experience.

We are seeking a motivated individual who wants to make a difference both in the community and for the companies they service. Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state of New York; have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as have a demonstrated ability to work independently. Demonstrated organizational skills are a plus.

Salary range: $80,000 to $95,000 depending on experience.
