Joseph Saeli was recently honored by receiving the Seven Seals Award for his work with Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. This is a great organization whose mission is to educate employers about the return to work rights of members of the National Guard and Reserves who get called to active duty. The organization also assists in resolving disputes between employers and employees who are returning to work. By enacting the law which guarantees these rights, USERRA, Congress recognized the important role the National Guard and Reserves play in an all-volunteer military, and the importance of protecting the job security of their members.
