Sexual Harassment Training Deadline Approaching

New York State’s 2018 Sexual Harassment Law requires that all employers provide interactive sexual harassment training to employees by October 9, 2019.

Training must be provided annually after that, and all new employees must receive training as soon as possible after being hired.
